Job Description
The Finance Administrator role is a key position within the Finance Team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for month-end and quarter-end close deliverables, including:
* Reconciliation of internal shop accounts
* Shop cash reconciliations
* End-to-end fuel card processing
* Weekly bank receipts and payments processing
In addition, the Finance Administrator will assist in the preparation of monthly Management Accounts, post all shop fuel invoices weekly, reconcile Payzone and lotto transactions, process weekly bank transfers, and perform cash reconciliations. The role also involves updating banks daily and undertaking ad hoc duties as required.
Responsibilities
1. Ownership of DCI fuelcard posting and queries
2. Assistance in preparation of monthly Management Accounts
3. Accountability for station customer account reconciliations (reconciled weekly)
4. Posting of shop fuel invoices weekly
5. Lotto and Payzone reconciliation
6. Weekly bank transfer processing
7. Cash reconciliation process
8. Updating banks daily
9. Performing other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
* Finance Administrator with excellent analytical skills
* Effective communication and customer-focused approach
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
