About the Role:
As Head of Revenue (Trading), you'll report to the Director of Trading, and you will own your respective regional Profit & Loss (P&L) performance working closely alongside their strategic partners and take full responsibility for revenue growth and cost efficiency.
You will optimise trading strategies collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation to achieve ambitious goals.
Leading the METAs (Metasearch Partners) Trading Squad, you will be an integral part of the wider revenue function, working closely with three other Head of Revenue (Trading) peers that lead out on different P&Ls, supported by cross-domain experts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end P&L management optimising revenue strategies and cost efficiencies with third-party vendors.
Set performance targets leveraging data-driven insights to exceed expectations.
Develop and execute e-Commerce trading strategies including pricing digital marketing and CRM campaigns.
Manage and mentor a small team of high-performing cross-domain experts.
Collaborate with the other P&L Heads of Revenue to prioritise and align goals.
Work closely with cross-functional team members across who drives revenue and contribution growth via data science performance management pricing CRM digital marketing UI/UX optimisations and analytics.
Leads the METAs revenue/trading squad managing a small team of Commercial Analysts and work closely with Pricing & Supply Analysts.
Manging key partnerships relations such as Skyscanner Kayak Check24 Billiger Travelsupermarket and Ctrip
Key Requirements:
Ideally 5 years+ of leadership experience in a similar role with P&L ownership.
Strong Commercial Acumen making informed decisions often with limited or incomplete data aligned with the business and partner objectives to maximise the long-term profit of your P&L.
Negotiation skills Proven history of delivering sustainable positive commercial outcomes from negotiations.
Leadership Ability to lead cross-domain subject matter experts to drive revenue growth and achieve sustained cost efficiencies.
Strong data-driven and pricing expertise.
Experience with Tableau and Power-BI and/or similar applications.
Strong analytical problem-solving commercial and management skills.
Proven ability to design and execute strategic programs lead negotiations and manage stakeholder relationships.
Experience in executing e-Commerce trading strategies across pricing content management digital marketing CRM and front-end optimisation.
Ability to work in a high-energy fast-paced environment.
A self-starter mentality with a passion for driving performance and innovation.
