Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Technical Process Lead. You will have strong project management and leadership skills; joining a relatively new site, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement new process systems. With strong technical skills, you will be the first contact for technical issues impacting the scope of Supply Chain (SC) Operations function, including material temperature excursions, linkage with Site partners and vendors on technical material investigations.
What you will do:
* Technical/ complex change controls impacting equipment process for material movements into the Site.
* Coaching of Supply Chain Team on developing their technical competence for activities impacting change control process, material assessments, materials packaging & shipment configurations.
* Plan and execute analytical testing to support USP-DSP scale-down model establishments, satellite runs and investigation/improvement studies in the MS&T lab.
* Plan and execute laboratory downstream studies to support scale-down model establishments and/or investigations.
* Support the transfer and establishment of analytical methods into the MS&T laboratory.
* Provide specialist analytical support to the site and the network for non-routine analysis and troubleshooting.
* Experimental design, execution, data analysis and interpretation.
* Author and review standard operating procedures and technical reports.
* Supporting multidisciplinary teams (MS&T, quality, analytics, regulatory) for process improvement and troubleshooting.
What skills you will need:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, or science related field.
* Five years plus previous experience within Technical process engineering, Operations or Materials role within a Pharmaceutical Company.
* Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, to interface effectively with all levels of colleagues and with external customers in a team oriented manner.
* SAP knowledge is an advantage.
* Strong analytical and priority management skills.
* Can facilitate technically complex problem-solving activities with cross-functional teams.
* Write complex quality investigations.
* A team player, who is able to work autonomously with a flexible approach.
* Sense of initiative and overall coordination of projects and activities.
