Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters.
* Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide expert legal advice to clients.
* Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution methods.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to develop effective case strategies.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive case files, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Build strong client relationships, providing regular updates and guiding them through the legal process.
* Assist in handling regulatory and enforcement matters for statutory bodies.
* Analyse legal submissions and draft detailed, well-reasoned advice on statutory interpretation.
You'll Need:
* A qualified solicitor with strong litigation experience at District, Circuit, and High Court levels.
* Demonstrated experience managing a range of litigation cases.
* Strong knowledge of relevant legal principles, procedures, and statutes.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Confidence in advocating for clients in court and negotiations.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being proactive and self-motivated.
