Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated team member to deliver Excellence in Funeral Care, while enjoying meaningful work, professional development, and robust support systems.
The role involves regular travel across various locations, including hospitals, residences, nursing homes, hospices, churches, crematoriums, and cemeteries.
Key Responsibilities:
* To drive company vehicles as instructed
* Industry experience is desirable
* Consistently demonstrate high sensitivity, professionalism, and understanding when interacting with bereaved families
* Preparing and fitting coffins, grave markers, including engraving name plates
* Maintain personal behavior in accordance with company standards at all times
* Ability to use email and HR Locker system
* Perform ad hoc duties as required
Key Requirements:
* Essential Licenses: SPSV license & Full, clean B Driver's License
* Minimum of 24 months professional driving experience (services industry preferred)
* Clear and precise communication skills
* Knowledge of Dublin City & County
* Familiarity with the Funeral Operative Protocol guidelines
Working Hours:
Up to 6 hours per day
Typical start time: 8:00 / 9:30 AM - 2:00 –3:30 PM
Flexibility required; Saturday is a core working day
Remuneration:
Monday to Friday: €20 per hour; Saturday: €25 per hour
