Job Role
The role of our staff is to support and assist Service Users in every aspect of daily living in order to empower them to live valued lives of optimal independence and participation within their home and the community.
Key Responsibilities
* Support new staff integration with the team
* Introduce new support workers to service users
* Provide thorough induction for new staff to service users
* Carry out Quality checks / Reviews
* Care reviews on existing service users
* Provide domestic and personal care to service users in their own homes
* Attend Team Leader and Management meetings
Required Qualifications and Experience
We require verifiable home care industry experience of more than 1 year in the last 3 years, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have QQI 5/6 qualifications or be willing to work towards completing QQI 6, and eligibility to work in Ireland. Additionally, you must be reliable, caring, able to read, write and speak English to a high standard, and possess a flexible and adaptable nature.
