This role is 3 days per week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing a positive and welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and possess excellent communication skills. This position requires someone who can multitask effectively and handle various administrative duties efficiently.
What you'll do
Reception and Visitor Management
Greet and welcome visitors warmly, ensuring a friendly first impression.
Answer and screen incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. •
the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable at all times.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
Organize and arrange office passes for employees and visitors.
Manage postal mail and deliveries requirements
Assist in organizing transportation when needed.
Liaise and collaborate with the Property Operations teams
Office Administration and Event Support
Schedule meetings and maintain meeting room calendars as requested.
Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies, lunches, & catering,
Prepare desks for new joiners, ensuring they are allocated and ready.
Create and display signage for office communications, including new joiners and events
Additional responsibilities
Adhere to the company values of Teamwork, Customer Focus and Results Driven
Other ad hoc tasks that may be required by leadership team.
What you’ll need
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to detail and accuracy
