HR Operations / Sandyford – E8585
Our client is recruiting for a HR Operations Administrator to join their team. Responsibility for assisting the HR team in maintaining and administering the Human Resources function and supporting employees and managers on general queries. Salary guide: €45K – €55K all depending on experience plus benefits. One day per week WFH.
The Role:
Onboarding New Hires
* Organises Day 1 Induction including preparation and issuing of Day One Pack. Gets new hires set up with IT equipment.
* Adds newcomers’ data to HRIS & other systems as required from the contract and is responsible for the accuracy of the information.
* Advises appropriate teams of new hire.
* Organizes monthly Company Inductions in a timely manner, including invites, room booking, hospitality, and presentation material.
HR Operations
* Manages the TY Students program and administration.
* Manage existing employees' visa process for secondments, relocation & renewal.
* Responds and takes appropriate action from the HR Help Desk queries.
* Creates POs and manages invoice approval for training and other HR activities.
* Drafts letters and inputs on HRIS salary increases, job title changes, amendments to contracts, updating HR systems & files as appropriate.
* Regularly reviews completeness of documents and actions at new hires/internal moves/salary & role changes or any changes of contractual conditions, keeping all respective systems and trackers up to date.
* Processes employer references, confirmation of employment upon employees' request, Salary Certs, etc.
* Liaises with external suppliers/benefits providers to manage processes and solve any issues that arise (e.g., Tax Saver, Specsavers, Bike to Work Scheme & annual vaccine roll out).
* Supports the broader team on general admin and, when requested, takes the lead on employee engagement activities on wellbeing, social, and sustainability, engaging other team members as needed.
Training Administration
* Schedules approved training courses.
* Distributes and collects training evaluation forms.
* Issues course details and any pre-course information required to delegates.
* Researches courses to suit locations, dates/times, etc.
* Processes and distributes certificates to employees and enters data on the system.
* Keeps system updated with all training completed by an employee, including course costs.
* Produces reports for key stakeholders as requested.
* Produces training matrices for employees on request.
* Coordinates in-house CPD seminars, ensuring attendance is captured and updated on the system.
* Pulls all the information required for audits on our training records.
* Handles additional ad hoc administration as requested.
