The ideal candidate will drive commercial strategy and decisions towards product delivery flow, marketing, and excellent service to maximize revenue in line with the brand DNA.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop turnover goals with each partner
* Ensure product mix is constantly updated
* Maintain direct contact with buyers/merchandisers
* Control visuals and delivery flow with partners
* Implement marketing and product presentation strategies
* Analyze business intelligence and report key findings
* Monitor stock levels and implement auto-generated reorders
* Share EAN data and maintain Excel expertise
* Provide regular reports and feedback to the Head of Sales
Requirements
* Proven track record in online sales or alternative experience in buying/merchandising
* Strong analytical ability and communication skills
* Self-disciplined, proactive, and flexible work style
* Ability to travel and work independently or as part of a team
* Structured, organized, digital thinking, and enthusiasm for the role
