The successful candidate, an experience internal sales executive, will be an integral part of a busy commercial unit providing support to customers and the sales team.
You will be someone who is organised, proactive, completely at ease on the phone talking to customers and motivated to learn about the wide range of products and services NPP offers.
There is real potential for this role to develop into a field sales role for the right candidate.
The offices of NPP are based in Coldwinters, in Dublin 11.
Parking is available.
Hybrid working is available on successful completion of probation.
Key Roles & Responsibilities Calling a list of customers, selling products over the phone.
Telephone account management Prospecting new opportunities.
Providing customer support.
Handle customer account enquiries, taking and placing of new orders.
Identifying opportunities for NPPs product specialists.
Preparing quotes for customers.
Closing out open sales orders.
Processing sales orders on SAP.
Stock management to ensure adequate stock.
Communication of stock holding updates to customers.
Manage and resolve customer complaints.
General administration.
Liaise with internal colleagues; Accounts, Transport, Warehouse.
