BAM Facilities Management operates a portfolio of long-term PPP contracts and various projects across education, commercial, and retail sectors.
Job Description:
* Prepare monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs)
* Manage tender packages and oversee small works
* Handle procurement tasks and ensure attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monthly Commercial Reports: Compile cost and revenue data for input to Monthly Reports; review completed works with revenue and reconcile in reports.
2. Procurement & Tender Package Management: Compile information and distribute tender packages to subcontractors; review and compare returned tenders; prepare orders and manage contract renewal dates.
3. Variations / Additional Works Quotations: Liaise with Operations Team and Client PPP Co regarding client changes; prepare quotations, track progress, and update the Operations Team and Client regularly.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying/Engineering/Project Management or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
