About the Role: Our client is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator who will be in charge of assisting their Project Managers in organizing our ongoing projects.
This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: * Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules.
* Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
* Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
* Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
* Ensuring project deadlines are met.
* Determining project changes.
* Providing administrative support as needed.
* Undertaking project tasks as required.
* Developing project strategies.
* Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable.
* Ensuring stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
* Chairing and facilitating meetings where appropriate and distributing minutes to all project team members.
* Creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
________________________________________ Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: * Bachelor`s degree in Business, Management or related field of study.
* Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
* Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team * Experience using computers for a variety of tasks * Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to work on tight deadlines * Be willing to learn and be a fast learner * Have good communication and management skills * Mandarin speakers are highly desirable * Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
* Background in global tech, or telecommunications is advantageous.
