Job Description
* Coordinate and support the delivery of projects within the governance framework across the relevant management boards currently in place.
* Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
* Coordination of governance schedule and meetings.
* Production and collation of governance meeting paperwork.
* Document decisions and actions from internal governance meetings and set timeframes to close out.
* Act as the point of contact for governance and communicate project governance status as required.
* Manage the Change Control process and deliver any improvements identified.
* Coordinate the submission to the monthly reporting to senior management.
* Work with teams to ensure information is reported in a timely manner and departmental reviews take place.
* Monitor progress and handle any issues that arise.
* Ensure quality of information reported at all times.
* Develop effective daily formal and informal communications to allow successful delivery of governance and reporting.
Qualifications
* Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator in a Construction/Engineering/Consultancy or equivalent environment.
* Experience supporting the delivery of projects from conception to delivery.
* Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
* Excellent time management skills and proven ability to work independently.
* Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite and relevant software packages.
