The Role:

* Advise on complex employment law matters, including dismissals, contracts, discrimination, and TUPE
* Represent clients in contentious and non-contentious matters
* Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures
* Provide guidance to employers on compliance and best practices
* Manage relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality legal services
The Person:
Requirements:
* 5+ years' PQE in employment law
* Excellent drafting and advisory skills
* Proven ability to manage both contentious and non-contentious caseloads
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain client relationships
