Your Role as Production Manager
1. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will drive production excellence by managing all aspects of production, ensuring customer deadlines are met with top-quality results.
2. Inspire and develop your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
3. Maximize efficiency and yields while minimizing waste.
4. Promote a zero-harm workplace by ensuring safe practices across all operations.
5. Monitor KPIs, implement training programs, and lead process improvements to elevate standards.
6. Evaluate and maintain stock levels and plant maintenance.
Requirements
* Experience: 2–5 years in production management within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong leadership skills with experience of team management and motivation.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
* Effective communication skills with ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
