Key Responsibilities: Process and review supplier invoices Ensure timely payments to suppliers and contractors Maintain and update customer and supplier records Reconcile and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable Reconcile bank statements Working closely with Procurement to resolve queries Manage customer invoices and ensure timely collection Track overdue accounts and follow up with customers as necessary Process customer payments and update accounts accordingly Credit management Maintain and update financial spreadsheets and databases Prepare of financial reports Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings Assist with financial audits and compliance-related tasks Processing & Recording Company Expenses Revenue Returns Payroll administration Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role Proficiency in accounting software, SAP knowledge desirable.
Strong Excel skills Excellent organisational skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of business management processes and financial reporting.
