Program Manager
Contract role – 6 months, extendable
Rate = DOE daily rate
Location: UK based or Ireland based candidates only. Hybrid working environment.

Programme Manager required for Advisory & Engagement Division of a Multinational Pharmaceutical Organisation, working on legal, Compliance & Risk Management solutions management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Leadership: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with the organizational goals and objectives.
2. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation. Identify and mitigate potential risks.
3. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful program execution.
4. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program success. Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
5. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations and standards.
Experience Required:
1. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
2. Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
3. Ethics, Risk, Compliance, Legal Solutions experience - Functional experience in ethics, risk, and compliance, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices.
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
5. Technical Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
Desirable:
1. Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Enterprise Org Industry
2. MBA or advanced degree is desirable.
