Your Role Maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment.
Control of maintenance budget and stock levels within budget guidelines.
Compliance with health and safety procedures, policies, and risk assessments.
Management of contractors' onsite activity.
Purchasing and stock control of maintenance supplies.
Record-keeping of machinery and equipment specifications.
Regular fire safety equipment testing and maintenance.
Quotation arrangement and coordination with suppliers.
Team leadership and empowerment, goal setting, and development.
Process improvement identification and project management.
Crisis and fire team participation and procedure knowledge.
Achievement of high customer service standards with internal and external customers.
Coverage of shift engineer shifts as required.
