About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our projects in Cork, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects within scope and budget.
2. Milestone Management: Define and track project milestones, develop and maintain an integrated delivery plan, and analyze resource capacity and actuals.
3. Resource Allocation: Liaise with resource managers to ensure resources are available to support project timelines.
4. Risk Management: Utilize risk management strategies to actively manage project risks impacting cost, quality, scope, or schedule.
5. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
6. Time Card Approval: Review and approve time cards associated with your project.
7. Business Case Development: Create business case financial models.
8. Financial Forecasting: Forecast, monitor, and report on project financials, maintaining records in project management tools.
9. Change Management: Manage change requests by assessing impact on scope, schedule, and cost; communicate with key stakeholders.
Collaboration and Communication
1. Supplier Engagement: Liaise with supplier management groups on supplier engagement, quality of services, experience, and cost.
2. Compliance: Partner with the project team to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, procedures, and associated documentation.
3. Status Updates: Continually update relevant business stakeholders on project status, publishing project status reports periodically.
4. Representation: Represent the project in various project governance and inter-departmental forums.
5. Success Metrics: Ensure all projects meet success parameters and ROI targets stated in the business case.
6. Trade-Off Analysis: Evaluate trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value.
