Workshop Engineer Job Description
As a Workshop Engineer at our client, you will be responsible for building control panels and maintenance.
* Providing maintenance and repair services on fire dampers, fire compartmentalisation and control panels.
* Building control panels at the company workshop.
* Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment in a timely manner.
* Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out, including timesheets and parts used.
Key Responsibilities:
The role will involve travel to customer sites and working on a range of equipment including fire dampers, control panels etc. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, repairing equipment and ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Full driving licence.
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
* Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field would be an advantage.
