Branch Manager Our client, a leading provider within employment services, is seeking a Branch Manager (Monday to Friday) to oversee their Dublin City location.
You will manage a team who support individuals with employment, develop valuable skills, and secure career opportunities.
As Branch Manager you will manage a team to achieve financial targets while maintaining high standards of service for both clients and local employers.
This role requires strong leadership, a focus on relationship management, and a commitment to continuous development.
You will report into the Operations Manager.
Package: Competitive Salary 37.5 hours Monday to Friday Pension Scheme 25 days holidays Requirements for this Branch Manager role: 3-5 years of store or branch management experience with a proven track record of achieving targets ideally from a store retail backround.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage change and implement new initiatives.
A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach with a commitment to team development.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Excellent sales skills.
Responsibilities for this Branch Manager role: Lead, support, and develop a team, ensuring efficient caseload allocation and performance management.
Maintain service excellence through compliance checks, issue resolution, and process improvements.
Manage budgets and P&L to ensure financial targets are met while maintaining cost efficiency.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, including safeguarding and health and safety.
Provide support, career development advice, and skills training to clients, contributing to community growth initiatives.
