As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a critical role in delivering a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include managing front-desk operations, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, providing accurate information.
3. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of clinical time.
4. Collect and update patient information and medical records accurately.
5. Process billing and payments, including collecting co-pays and providing receipts.
6. Manage and organize patient files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations (HIPAA or relevant local guidelines).
7. Coordinate communication between medical staff, patients, and external providers.
