An experienced HR Executive is sought for a leading international law firm with offices in Dublin 4.
This is a 12 month maternity leave cover which will offer you hugely varied duties and exposure to all aspects of the HR Function.
You will ideally have experience in HR within the Legal or Professional Services sectors.
While CIPD qualification is not essential it will be highly advantageous.
This is a hybrid role based in Dublin 4.
Working as part of a team of two, you will be responsible for all aspects of HR for a headcount of including: HR System maintenance, updates and administration to reflect all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Recruitment including advertising, initial screening, and retention of candidates.
Administration for payroll and benefits.
Supporting with policy development and implementation as well as various employee initiatives designed to improve the wellbeing of all within the firm.
Overseeing the onboarding and offboarding of employees, updating employee files appropriately and liaising with other relevant departments including IT.
Assisting with annual performance review processes.
Suitable candidates for this role will have: 3+ years experience in HR within a legal or professional services environment.
Ability to build relationships with all members of the firm and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of employment laws a CIPD qualification or HR Qualification will be highly advantageous.
