ATG are seeking a highly motivated Environmental Scientist to join a dynamic team in Dublin.
Working within a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, you will play a key role in delivering environmental solutions across a range of infrastructure, energy, and development projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and prepare environmental reports.Support planning applications and regulatory compliance processes.Carry out site investigations, environmental monitoring, and sampling.Assess air, water, and soil quality in line with environmental legislation.Provide input on sustainability, climate change, and biodiversity initiatives.Liaise with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure project success.Assist in preparing environmental management plans and risk assessments.Keep up to date with environmental legislation, policy changes, and best practices.RequirementsDegree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.2+ years of experience in environmental consultancy, engineering, or a similar sector.Knowledge of Irish and EU environmental legislation and regulations.Experience in EIA, environmental monitoring, or contaminated land assessment.Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Full, clean driving licence (desirable).Salary: Competitive Sector: Ecology and Environmental Contract Type: Permanent Town/City: Dublin
