About the Role
As a Demand Generation Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the full execution and management of demand generation campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery from setup to performance tracking. You’ll work closely with partners, customer success and sales teams, and operations to drive quality, efficiency and scalability.
This is a hands-on role where you will establish processes, templates, and structure while also managing the day-to-day execution of campaigns—including quality control, lead transfers, pacing, and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Execution
1. Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring campaigns are set up correctly and aligned with client objectives
2. Work closely with B2B partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
3. Establish standardized templates, processes, and reporting frameworks for campaign management
4. Provide weekly campaign reports and updates to clients
Process & Quality Control
1. Define best practices for campaign setup and delivery
2. Oversee quality control to ensure leads meet client specifications and SLAs
3. Manage lead transfers, ensuring data integrity and compliance with GDPR and privacy regulations
4. Monitor campaign pacing, adjusting as necessary to meet performance targets
5. Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth handover of leads to clients
6. Optimize campaign workflows and delivery processes
7. Identify and resolve any operational bottlenecks
8. Analyze campaign performance data and recommend continuous improvements
What We’re Looking For
1. 3+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably in a B2B demand generation or lead generation environment
2. Strong project management and operational execution skills
3. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
4. Excellent attention to detail, especially in data handling, reporting, and quality control
5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
6. Proficiency in CRM systems, and Excel/Google Sheets. Experience of working with Convertr or similar data-processing platform desirable but not compulsory.
