The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Commercial division and drive outstanding annual sales growth. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a results-driven sales strategy to accelerate business growth.
* Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets.
* Negotiate and secure high-value contracts with key commercial clients.
* Foster long-term partnerships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in lucrative markets.
* Set ambitious Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure the team outperforms expectations.
* Analyse data insights to refine strategies, improve sales techniques, and optimize efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior B2B sales role with a history of driving revenue growth.
* Consistently exceeds targets and secures high-value deals.
* Thrives under pressure and strives for excellence in all aspects of their work.
* Skilled in hiring, training, and motivating top-performing sales teams.
* Committed to delivering tailored solutions that drive long-term value for clients.
