8. Dealing with lending institutions regarding drawdown of funds.
9. Running re-mortgage files.
10. Reviewing closing documents.
11. Ordering searches for completion.
12. Preparation of invoices and completion account statements.
13. Scheduling title documents.
14. Maintaining undertaking and deeds registers.
Salary commensurate with experience.
