Delish Deli Manager
Starting at £13.69 per hour and great benefits, this is a full-time position working 42.5 hours per week within Monday to Sunday, 5:00am to 5:00pm, with full flexibility expected.
About the Role
As a Delish Deli Manager, you will be responsible for leading our hard-working and friendly team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high hygiene standards, and providing first-class food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Listen to and understand customer needs, advising on products and services.
* Provide exceptional customer service.
* Allocate work duties to ensure all tasks are covered and maintain high quality service.
* Exercise constant watch over Health & Safety, Security, Discipline, and Due Diligence.
* Carry out food safety control checks and record results.
* Ensure stock display and pricing meet company standards.
* Prepare and cook food according to company procedure and Health and Safety regulations.
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the Delish Deli Department.
Requirements:
* Passion for food and delivering fantastic customer experiences.
* At least 1 year's experience in a serviced food role.
* Leadership skills, inspiring and motivating a team.
* Creative flair and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of Food Safety practices and procedures (minimum Level 2 qualification).
* Commercial awareness and ability to deliver on Key Performance Indicators.
