Your new role As a Project Architect within this well-established firm, you'll be tasked with working on a range of projects at various RIBA stages, contributing technical expertise and delivery-focused skills to wider project teams. Your primary responsibility will be to work with Revit, generating drawings and associated documentation across all work stages, whilst also creating presentations using SketchUp, Photoshop & InDesign. You'll participate in site visits and inspections to ensure eventual works comply with design intent and regulations, and join Senior Architects on client briefings and review meetings to effectively progress designs. What you'll need to succeed You'll be a recently Qualified Architect, or an Architect with 3+ years PQE, with intermediate Revit proficiency and a strong technical knowledge of Architecture / Construction, with a focus on developing your project delivery skill-set. You should have a good grounding in statutory approval processes, and be confident in your construction detailing abilities, and wider specification writing. You should be a team player, with strong interpersonal traits, with familiarity around Building Regulations and current standards.
