Job Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution of the R&D Center Responsible for the overall planning and management of the R&D center; Develop and implement annual business goals in alignment with the group's strategic objectives.
Technology Innovation and R&D Management Drive research and development of new materials, processes, and designs for medical devices.
Supply Chain System Development Oversee the establishment of production, process, equipment, planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics systems.
Quality and Compliance Ensure that the R&D process complies with international medical device quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485, MDR, FDA); Continuously improve quality control and risk management standards for R&D projects.
Team Building and Management Assemble and lead interdisciplinary R&D teams, ensuring team capabilities align with industry-leading standards; Promote professional skill development and performance enhancement among team members, fostering a positive team culture and work environment.
Qualifications and other requirements: Educational Background Master's degree or above in materials science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or related fields.
A Ph.D. is preferred.
Work Experience Over 10 years of relevant R&D and management experience in the medical device industry, with a global work background preferred; Familiarity with the medical device sector, especially Class III devices such as cardiovascular, neurovascular, and structural heart devices, with full-cycle experience from R&D to commercialization.
Leadership and Communication Skills Strong leadership, team management, and project management abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding teams to achieve high performance; Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Language Requirements Fluent in written and spoken English; experience working in multilingual environments is a plus.
Other Requirements Adaptability to an international work environment, with willingness to undertake necessary global travel; Passion for innovation and keen insight into industry trends.
