Overview:
The Technical Administrator will work within the Maintenance Systems team to keep the Engineering Documentation and CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) updated.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
* Manage documentation related to Maintenance Systems for the site handed over from Projects (e.g., P&IDs, OEM manuals, etc.)
* Register new equipment and instrumentation on the CMMS (SAP & Procal) following change control procedures.
* Work with stakeholders on the approval and execution of the above.
Skills Required:
* Good organisational and data management skills.
* Experience/proficiency in document management systems and office applications.
* Experience working in a GMP environment and quality management systems.
* Familiarity with Maintenance Systems structure and applications.
* Analytical mindset, data-driven with attention to detail on systems.
