Responsibilities: Working on Dublin based large scale buildings projects, ensuring that building services are coordinated within themselves and with other building activities and installations.Supervision of testing and commissioning.Liaising with site managers, site personnel, and M&E subcontractors.Running Mechanical and Electrical technical coordination meetings.Requirements: Qualification in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.3+ years proven experience as an M&E Co-ordinator or Building Services Coordinator.Previous experience on commercial or industrial projects is desirable.Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills.Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Project.Package: €60K-€80K dependent on level of relevant experience and negotiable for the right candidates.Options on current projects in Cork, Dublin, and Longford.Fully expensed company vehicle or car allowance.Company laptop and company phone.Pension.Life insurance.Income protection.Continuous Professional Development (CPD).Access to lifestyle benefits (such as Bike to work scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Sports & Social Club) and many more.Contact: Andrew Taylor is the consultant managing this position.
