Having invested heavily in their systems with a view to integrating A.I. solutions, all financial data is held in Netsuite ensuring data integrity and allows you develop financial models of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow monthly and present it to business leaders and investors. You will lead the budgeting and forecasting cycle annually and quarterly, managing a Financial Analyst and working closely with the Finance Director and CFO to maintain this companys high margin. With a Sales team across Europe and the U.S. you will partner with the Regional Sales Directors to drive revenue growth by developing a suite of analytics that are accessible to them. As the FP&A Manager you will have autonomy to provide unique financial insights that from your experience help drive business growth, you can make this department very much your own by implementing transformative approaches which will be valued by the companys leadership.
