Program Director
You will partner with the client, operations leads, and technology teams in designing, planning, and executing a large business banking transformation project to improve client service, risk management, and processing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and Scale Operations & Transformation Team
2. Manage Multiple Complex Customer Programs
3. Ensure Program Deliveries Meet Budget, Quality Standards, and Timelines
4. Define and Execute Target Operating Model Strategies
5. Partner with Client & Functional Leads for Transformation
6. Deliver Transformation Process Change
7. Complete Change Management in a Controlled Manner
8. Serve as Senior Contact and Escalation Point
9. Lead, Motivate, and Manage a Team
10. Prepare and Manage Departmental Budget
11. Work Closely with Technology Team
12. Leverage Centre of Excellence Team for Continuous Improvement
13. Create Culture of Innovation and Change Mindset
14. Drive Design Thinking Mindset
Skills and Experience:
1. 15+ years in financial services, Business Banking IT delivery
2. Strong domain knowledge on digital banking front-end applications/core banking applications
3. Experience in managing testing on Digital Banking platforms/Core Banking
4. AWS/Cloud implementation is an advantage
5. Agile adoption is mandatory
6. Significant experience leading complex transformation programs
7. Track record of driving innovative solutions into business solutions
8. Proven track record in organizational development
9. Demonstrate financial discipline, managing to budget
10. Demonstrate knowledge of global markets
11. Effective communication, presentation, and influencing skills
