We are now looking to hire a Supply Chain Intern to join the team in Cork, Ireland starting next year for the duration of 6-8 months.

Responsibilities
Role Purpose & Primary Accountabilities:
1. Reporting: Generation and publication of reports utilizing SAP and Excel. Analysis of data output and preparation of files for order fulfillment metrics, product freshness, excess and obsolescence, dashboards, material and capacity of data feedback to meet business timelines.
2. Production Planning and Scheduling: Assist with MRP review gaining insight into how we create and release process orders on SAP in line with the production plan for all manufacturing, filling, and rework orders.
3. Material Planning: Reviewing MRP signal and working with planners, suppliers, and carriers driving efficient delivery while identifying and escalating issues with the end-to-end supply chain which will impact customer service levels.
4. Inventory Management: Analyzing changes in demand signal to identify opportunities to reduce costs associated with obsolescence.
5. General management: Maintain planning master data as required. Work cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, quality, and operations to achieve operating targets and drive issue resolution.
6. Health and safety: A requirement of the role is that you must adhere to all PepsiCo Health & Safety Requirements.
Qualifications
Essential Criteria:
1. Third level qualification in Supply Chain or related discipline.
2. Analytical skills, with a proven ability to problem solve and make quick decisions.
3. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
4. Be capable of working effectively in a team environment.
5. Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks, with strong attention to detail.
6. Results-oriented and committed to achieving objectives; Ability to work on own initiative.
7. Excellent customer awareness and customer focus.
8. Proficient Computer skills (MS Excel or equivalent, MS PowerPoint or equivalent).
