WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
This full-time, permanent role can be based out of either our Dublin or London office and requires attendance at the office 2 days per week.
As a member of our Senior Leadership Team (reporting directly to our Managing Director), you’ll interact with senior internal and external stakeholders and you’ll be required to travel internationally on a semi-regular basis.
You’ll make a positive impact across our entire business by:
* Developing a clear Marketing strategy that brings Strong Roots’ brand purpose to life through communications, innovation, and creative execution.
* Leading the team to create annual strategic plans to drive our portfolio forward and ensure alignment across the business.
* Driving breakthrough initiatives to achieve profitable growth.
* Analysing data and research to provide clear insights and strategic recommendations for the business.
* Managing annual marketing budgets and ensuring effective execution.
* Driving cost efficiency and optimizing agency and cost structures.
* Using consumer insights to inform brand health and future plans.
* Challenging portfolio plans to maximize growth in line with brand and business objectives.
* Prioritising the marketing mix and resource allocation to achieve key goals.
HOW WILL YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD?
That’s easy! It’s because you have:
* 10+ years of marketing experience (with at least 5 in a leadership role), ideally in FMCG or a high-growth consumer brand.
* A proven track record of building and scaling brands globally, turning awareness into loyalty and love.
* A sharp strategic mind—you can see the big picture but know how to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
* A data-driven approach to decision-making, balanced with creativity and a strong instinct for what makes consumers tick.
* Experience leading and inspiring teams—you know how to develop talent, foster collaboration, and drive results.
* The ability to manage budgets effectively while maximizing impact (because great marketing doesn’t have to cost the earth).
* A passion for sustainability and plant-based food—you believe in our mission and know how to tell our story in a way that excites and engages.
