Within this role you will be responsible for providing technical support for internal late stage and commercial manufacturing processes across sites, including engineering support for existing equipment and manufacturing processes. The Sr Process Engineer will also support process transfers into IOPS Raheen and partner facilities by assessing manufacturing requirements and facility needs.As a Senior Process Engineer a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:Reviewing process data to identify shifts or outliersInvestigating causes of these deviationsMonitoring methods, facilities, and equipment design for consistencyFinding opportunities to improve reliability, repeatability, compliance, and consistencyApplying engineering/scientific principles and professional practices to tackle complex problems creatively and practicallyWorking in a team-oriented environment to increase output qualityEnsuring operations align with safety standards and cGMP guidelinesAssisting in equipment and facility design reviewParticipating in technology transfer projects, assessing manufacturing requirements and capabilitiesSupporting process transfers to external facilitiesParticipating in technical sharing standard methodology activities/projects across the Global MSAT team and IOPS organisationSupervising and coaching process engineers and internsThis role might be for you if:Enjoy working independently in a fast-paced, team environment, collaborating with others to solve complex problems and are comfortable with quickly shifting prioritiesHave strong organisation, time management, and problem-solving skillsHave excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsCan think critically and demonstrate problem-solving skillsTo be considered for this opportunity you should have a BS/BEng or higher in chemical/process/mechanical engineering with 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
