The Global Payroll Services Team is seeking an experienced Payroll Processing Analyst to provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive payroll processing for multiple countries.
Role requirements:
* Provides high quality customer service to both internal and external groups
* Analyses all components of payroll processing in SAP HR
* Identifies, analyses, researches and resolves errors and discrepancies between internal HR/Employee systems and the payroll system to ensure accurate system status prior to payroll processing
* Performs audits and reconciliations to the highest quality and understands the purpose and importance in payroll
Key Qualifications:
* Must have experience of 3 years minimum with SAP HR and/or ADP GV for Payroll processing
* Overall understanding of payroll and post payroll process flows
* Experience processing payroll across a number of countries within the EMEA market, up to and including post-process audits, bank file creation, termination processing, legislative reporting such as monthly lodgements & year end statements generation, GL files generation and inbound/outbound interfaces management
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Essential
* Self-motivated, driven by the need to succeed within their role
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Proven track record in meeting deadlines and adhering to procedures
* Experience developing and/or redesigning processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining proper internal controls and meeting segregation of duties requirements
* Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
* Ability to identify key stakeholders and successfully influence without authority
* Effective communication and presentation skills required
* Language skills a plus
