Marketing Executive – Dublin

This role is ideal for someone who is a recent college graduate or looking to kickstart their career in marketing that will give the successful candidate experience in all forms of marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with marketing agency partners and key external and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class work and value for the brand.
* Handle and coordinate all customer care and sales queries regarding marketing activity.
* Administer budget and organize Purchase Orders/Invoice Approval to ensure timely/accurate payments within the budget plan. A proven level of attention to detail is required.
* Onboard all new suppliers and manage ongoing supplier relations with procurement.
* Assist with cross-sell and upsell direct mail, brochure, and policy document designs.
* Support the broader marketing team with ad hoc projects and ongoing programs around the brand, communications, media, propositions, creative, and campaigns.
* Act as program owner for the loyalty program and be responsible for creating emails and sourcing prizes.
* Manage the day-to-day aspects of our customer Rewards program, troubleshooting customer issues with internal and external stakeholders.
* Write articles for and update the 123.ie blog according to the marketing roadmap and/or business requests.
* Handle ad hoc social and email communications around weather events and current affairs.
* Support the Senior Content and Sponsorship Executive on social media tasks.
* Manage and coordinate compliance sign-off for all creative approvals.
* Prepare monthly reports such as competitor analysis, market trends, and insights.
* Play an important role in elevating the brand presence of 123.ie and RSA throughout our business and beyond.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Work experience preferably in a Business and/or Marketing environment is not essential but preferable.
* A self-starter who enjoys problem-solving/troubleshooting.
* Ambitious, curious, and keen to learn.
* A keen sense for great customer experience.
* A head for numbers and excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a structured way.
* A great team player.
