Role: Quality Analyst
Language: Japanese Speaker
Location: Dublin
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Monitors and enhances employee performance through coaching on quality and the market specific requirements.
2. Monitors and enhances Rep performance through training on quality.
3. Provide backup to the training department as and when required.
4. Perform, provide and complete data analysis to establish trends as requested.
5. Assist Training and Quality Leads in preparing various projects aimed to drive Quality and operational delivery.
6. Handle Quality systems onsite.
7. Provide feedback on Policies in order to enhance Quality.
8. Monitor cases of assigned agents in any QA spoken languages.
Candidate Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Content moderation, Trust & Safety and/or Content Quality Assurance related experience in the Social Media industry.
3. Proficiency in English (C1 or above).
4. Proficiency in the specific language as advertised (C1 or above).
5. In-depth contact with local culture and social news.
6. Proficiency in Excel and able to form analysis and create reports with both qualitative and quantitative perspectives.
