A family-run audiology clinic with multiple locations in the Cork area. This role will be based in Fermoy, with occasional travel to Cork City expected.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to manage our front-of-house operations.
* Manage phone lines and schedule appointments in a timely manner
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the office
* Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
* Report writing and formatting
* Checking patients in and out during clinic times
* Occasional report writing and formatting for insurance purposes
* Willingness to drive to Cork City as needed to cover holidays or sick days
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in a Senior Administration position, preferably with people management experience
* Excellent customer service skills, with a pleasant and helpful disposition towards patients
* Strong IT skills, comfortable working with Microsoft Office
* Previous experience in a customer/patient-facing role is highly desirable
* Own transport and full driving license are essential
