About Your New Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Maintenance Planner to join our client's onsite team at their prestigious pharmaceutical client in Limerick.
In this key role, you will assist with site asset management strategy and the delivery of asset maintenance and Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services. You will be responsible for effective asset lifecycle management for buildings, facilities, and equipment within a given area.
You will also assist with the coordination and planning of technical service delivery on site, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, as well as Good eXcessive Practices (GxP).
Requirements for Success
* Essential experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
* Established knowledge of IFM services and their impact on customers
* A strong background in service coordination
* A highly customer-focused individual who motivates and drives performance in teams to deliver high standards of service and cost-effectiveness
* In-depth knowledge of technical applications and processes, with the ability to transfer skills across both technical and soft disciplines
* Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems, such as Maximo/ CMMS
* An understanding of risk management and HSE, including methods employed to manage risks, hazards, and controls
* A good understanding of a heavily regulated environment
