:
A vacancy has arisen in Ireland for a Technical team leader for the Service Department. The role will be providing a key interface between customers, service back office and technicians dealing with a high volume of orders and enquiries, coordinating multiple, and at times conflicting priorities to ensure customer satisfaction. To ensure that health and safety procedures are consistently followed by the Technicians and PPE used where required, with any recommendations for improvement fed back to EHS lead.
Job Responsibilities:
* Leads the installation, configuration, modification, and repair of product; equipment and systems that have been purchased by the organization's customers and identify and correct problems associated with start-up.
* T he incumbent may manage a small team and act as a working lead who provides assistance to other service technicians.
* Performs complex diagnoses and repairs of equipment and systems at customer’s location.
* Performs complex preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests.
* Performs complex repairs of mechanical and electro-mechanical components of productive and non-productive equipment and machinery.
* Leads complex analysis on time and service jobs and processes
* Identifies processes, procedures and articulates productivity improvement opportunities that will deliver service profitability
* Implements strategies that enable the Service team to improve overall service efficiencies and productivity in response to changing business environments.
EHS
* Provide Risk Assessments/Method Statements as requested by SOL
* Calibration and Audits (Car & Technician) to be carried out to the timescales required
* Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE’s) during visits at site.
* Ensure all sites to be cleared after work complete and RAMS, Waste note/FGAS certification sent in with paperwork where required
