We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to help develop and implement strategies that drive footfall, boost sales, and enhance the in-store experience across our retail locations. The Marketing Assistant ensures a brand presence across all channels.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Marketing Manager in executing retail-focused marketing initiatives.
* Research and identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and footfall.
* Develop and implement in-store campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
* Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
* Regularly visit stores to identify opportunities for improving sales, customer experience, and visual merchandising.
* Collaborate with store managers to implement marketing strategies.
* Conduct competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
* Work with the digital marketing team to integrate store-specific campaigns across online platforms.
* Coordinate with the PR team on in-store events and product launches.
* Partner with designers to create promotional materials.
* Conduct customer surveys to inform strategy and monitor feedback to improve the in-store experience.
* Organize in-store events, exhibitions, and promotions.
* Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail or marketing roles.
* Proficiency with marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, social media platforms).
* Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
* Creativity and innovation in crafting marketing strategies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Team player with experience working across departments.
* Attention to detail in planning and execution.
* Full driver's license and willingness to travel.
