In-House Sales Agent

Responsibilities:
* Manage in-house accounts (200–300 customers) and support field reps with key accounts.
* Process orders accurately and efficiently using electronic data input systems.
* Upsell products via phone and email while maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Resolve inquiries and coordinate with internal departments.
* Maintain customer databases and handle general administrative duties.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
* Friendly and professional telephone manner.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* 2+ years of sales/customer service experience in FMCG (preferred, but not essential).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
* Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
