Base pay range
You will manage a small permanent team and help to develop our ordering processes & procedures. As tax-free gift cards have a seasonal peak in Q4 each year, the role also involves managing the ramp up of operations (particularly the recruitment, training and management of temp staff).
This role will suit an experienced, hard-working, ambitious team leader who is looking to further their career with a fast-growing indigenous company.
What will my responsibilities include?
* Ensuring a smooth & professional operation for corporate orders – from sales queries to client onboarding to invoicing to order processing and dispatch.
* Managing a team of approx. 6 permanent people, and an additional 14 temps during peak months.
* Recruiting & training temps.
* Creating and managing staff rotas, allocating tasks, and holding daily team meetings.
* Holding regular one-to-ones with your team and conducting quarterly performance reviews.
* Helping to continually improve processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Working with our key suppliers to manage stock, IT equipment & services, and delivery services.
* Working closely with Customer Service and Marketing to coordinate all information touch points for customers.
* Working with our card issuer to improve systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Reporting and analysing on operational performance.
* Other operational tasks as required.
Key Skills & Experience
* 3-5 years’ Team Leader or Supervisor experience in an operational or customer service role.
* People management experience is a must – from recruitment to training to scheduling to performance reviews.
* Excellent communication skills needed.
* Primary degree is highly desirable.
* Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar, is needed.
