The Role:
Cover a wide range of administrative duties required for the day to day running of a business.
Assisting the MD with general queries and scheduling of appointments.
Coordinate insulation & energy upgrade projects.
Manage documentation for quotations and SEAI grants.
Liaise with teams on-site.
Make sound decisions in the absence of management.
Some purchasing of equipment/supplies.
Covering incoming queries as required.
The Person:
Previous experience working in an administration/office role.
Previous experience in the Construction/Engineering sector is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
Computer proficient for data entry and the ability to use business software applications.
Friendly, personable and professional with a positive 'can do' attitude.
Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
Salary Commensurate with Experience.
