About the Role:
* Meet and greet customers, providing a friendly and fun dining experience.
* Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
* Manage staff rosters, training, and development to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning, specials, and services.
* Liaise with customers for group bookings, manage events, and optimize revenue.
* Maintain margins and wage costs while ensuring efficient operations.
* Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Restaurant Management.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Proven track record in training and developing high-performing teams.
* Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.
