Mayo, Ireland on a full-time, permanent basis, reporting to the Head of Marketing. JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a talented and passionate Deputy Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing Team that is responsible for the delivery of effective global marketing programmes. The role holder will become a true specialist for the region(s) they are responsible for, regularly gathering market, competitor and customer insights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of attracting new customers and retaining old customers, while building brand awareness in dedicated market(s).
Conducts regular deep-dive research into market trends, competitor and customer activities, constantly seeking out fresh ideas and new opportunities to grow our market share.
Responsible for the execution, monitoring and measurement of effective marketing campaigns and their successes.
Responsible for all planning and development of campaign assets ensuring content is up to date, accurate and always in line with brand guidelines.
Effectively works with the internal Graphic’s team providing clear briefs and proofing feedback.
Provides monthly reporting to allow proper measurement of campaign marketing activities and makes strategic recommendations based on analysis of future activities.
Performs other duties as necessary to support the objectives of department and company.
REQUIREMENTS:
2-3 Years’ experience in a similar marketing role within a B2B environment.
Relevant third level degree and/or professional marketing qualification.
Excellent written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Ability to work well in a team, inside the marketing Dept. and as part of the wider team.
Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to create engaging content.
