Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our team in the design and planning stages of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and ensure timely execution.
* Assist in the preparation of technical and contractual documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project progress.
* Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support the project team in achieving project objectives and deliverables.
* Liaise with stakeholders to gather information, address concerns, and provide updates on project status.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Architectural Technology or Construction Management.
* A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in architectural practice, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologies.
* Solid understanding of construction methods and materials, including building codes and regulations.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
